The Challenge

A leading USA casual dining restaurant chain retained EWHG to assist in selecting an appropriate master franchise partner for their concept in Taiwan.

Our Solution

EWHG reviewed all potential partners, interviewed the top candidates and recommended a short list to the client.

We were involved in all negotiations and advised our client on the appropriate franchise fees and royalties for that market.

Results

An agreement was signed in 2010 and the first store opened in Taipei in 2011 with 15 stores planned over a 5 year period.
