I have been spending some time in Europe recently looking for interesting food & beverage concepts to introduce to the Asia Pacific region. The advent of online ordering and delivery apps has created new opportunities for restaurant groups looking to take advantage of consumers need for “convenience.” Of course, fast-casual concepts are all the rage in the USA as the category continues to expand. Diners can now enjoy more variety, & better quality food at more affordable prices.

I was curious to understand what is happening in Europe today so I decided to look at the UK, France, Italy, and Scandinavia, for inspiration.
