YUM Brands has over 6000 stores in China alone, and KFC is spreading rapidly across the Sub-Sahara African continent as well as Latin America, Russia and Eastern Europe. Many economic forecasts suggest that emerging markets will be almost 60% of global GDP by 2030 with emerging Asia the dominant region making up over 44% of the total.
